Casual Duty Manager

Start: ASAP Where: Sydney, NSW Type: Part time / casual Pay: Competitive pay

JOB DESCRIPTION

ArtHouse is looking for a causal duty manager to fill 2-3 shifts a week with the opportunity for more in the future.

 

These shifts would be a mix of opens and closes where you will be responsible for the daily operation of the pub in its entirity. 


Responsibilities would include, but aren't limited to:

  • Open/Closing Cash Handling Procedures using Wirely
  • Managing a team of up to 15 FOH staff dependent on the day
  • Handling Customer Feedback and Complaints
  • Coordinating bookings and reservations using NowBookIt
  • Constructing a detailed shift report 
  • Being a hospitable face of the hotel when you are on shift

Experience desired:

  • Food and Beverage skills in a fast paced environment
  • Basic Gaming Room and TAB knowledge
  • Good people and communication skills
